New results from the multicenter REVISE PPF study

💡Could quantitative CT help clinicians identify radiological signs of progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF) more than two years earlier?New results from the multicenter REVISE PPF study, published in Annals of the American Thoracic Society, highlight the potential of Brainomix e-Lung to provide clinicians with valuable new insights into their assessment of pulmonary fibrosis progression.

🔬 Key findings from 509 patients across three leading US ILD centers:✅ Using e-Lung quantitative CT measures, researchers identified radiological progression an average of 16 months before clinical PPF diagnosis, and up to 28 months earlier.✅ Previously unrecognized progression identified in a substantial proportion of patients considered clinically stable.

✅ Researchers associated quantitative CT measures with future PPF risk and mortality. Why does this matter? Earlier identification of progression could support more timely diagnosis and treatment decisions, potentially helping preserve lung function and improve patient outcomes. We're proud to advance this important research, supported by Boehringer Ingelheim, and build on these findings through our ongoing PROGRESS-PPF study.
