Brainomix & Endeavor Present Positive Results from Phase 2a IPF Trial at ERS 2026

AI-powered quantitative CT analysis with Brainomix 360 e-Lung was used in Endeavor BioMedicines ENV-IPF-101 Phase 2a trial of taladegib. Results identified significant treatment effects across multiple measures of lung structure and fibrosis. Findings highlight the potential of sensitive imaging biomarkers to support clinical development in pulmonary fibrosis. Positive results pave the way for further collaboration between Brainomix and Endeavor to advance taladegib development.
